After spending some years in the legal world whilst I decided what I really wanted to do with my life, I came across the amazing world of hypnotherapy.
Since completing my training with Adam Eason in 2010, I have built up a successful full time practice, specialising in anxiety related issues and phobias. I also have a specific interest in irritable bowel syndrome, both as a sufferer and as a therapist, in respect of which, I am currently writing a book. There is no greater feeling that going home at the end of the day after helping people make meaningful changes in their lives. I also run workshops as well as a course, which combines exercise and hypnotherapy, with my partner who is a Personal Trainer.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time at my lovely peaceful allotment, reading, camping, and going for bike rides or walks in the country. I feel very privileged to be invited to be CPD Officer and hope that I can assist in recommending professional, high quality further training opportunities to help serious hypnotherapists further develop their skills.
