I initially trained in NLP and then went on to train in both Clinical and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Coaching. I practice part time both locally and via Skype and write – and then write some more!
My particular interests are promoting ‘ordinary wellbeing’ and resilience, especially in a work place context. This translates into working with stress and anxiety, the relationship between our thinking and feeling and learning the distinction between psychological and ‘real world’ stressors.
Outside of hypnosis related matters I practise and teach Tai Chi as a form of moving meditation, am very slowly learning to read and speak Chinese and am planning to retire back to Malaysia when I make my fortune!
